Apologies for being a little non-existent these past few weeks; I’ve had to swap blogging for essay writing, meaning it’s less fashion&beauty, and more french politics and HRM. (yaaawn.)
But I’m back, and I’m back with a post you won’t want to miss!
With Bath in Fashion kicking off in under a week, it’s the perfect time for me to give you a peak in to my schedule for the week.
For those of you who read my post following their bloggers event last month, you’ll know that it really set the standard for the fashion week, with plenty of fabulous events, including talks, workshops, gatherings and catwalks (more information below).
SO, what will I be getting up to?
Thinking Fashion with Justine Picardie
What better way to start the week? This won’t be your average Monday and for those of you who don’t know who Justine Picardie is, she is Editor in Chief of my favourite magazine- Harper’s Bazaar.
My three favourite V’s (excluding vodka)- Vogue, Valentino and Versace. These talks will be hosted by Charlotte Sinclair, contributing editor to British Vogue and journalist and author, Drusilla Beyfus. Where else would these events take place than in one of Bath’s most exquisite hotels- The Chapel at the Gainsborough.
Imagine all your favourite high street stores showcasing their latest collections in a room full of glitz and glamour, sounds perfect, oui?
Coffee & Style Solutions
Hosted by Alyson Walsh, fashion journalist, author and editor, who better to give you a few styling tips? For those of you who haven’t heard of her, make sure you check out her incredible blog-That’s Not My Age.
Something a little different this time, in the company of Avril Groom and Livia Firth, who’ll be talking about her role as a Oxfam Global Ambassaor and her new brand consultancy, Eco-Age.
BlF Blogger Event
It’s back, and judging by the success of the last one, it’ll be the perfect end to phenomenal week.
These events not enough for you?
With top designers (including Erdem, Julian McDonald and Zandra Rhodes) all participating in exclusive talks, a workshop by Seasalt, afternoon tea, pop-up cocktail bars and a BIF live shopping event, there really is something for everyone.

See you there? If not, make sure you catch up on my blog..
