Rewind to this time last week, and I had just started, what was unbeknown to me, the most stressful week of my working-life to date. From endless projects to 11 hour working days, come Friday, I was in desperate need of a treat.
It’ll come as no surprise to you all that I spend a fair amount of time researching and reading reviews on endless skincare brands, and to my delight I discovered that one of the Caudalie stores in Paris was a 20 minute walk from my place… PERFECT!
Upon entering the store, I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. From the layout of the store, to the helpful members of staff, it was magnificent. 
For some time I’d been eyeing up the Caudalie x Jason Wu Beauty Elixir, which is a must-have product in the beauty industry. It tones, refreshes, tightens pores and sets make-up, basically EVERYTHING. After a quick chat with the sales consultant, it was mine.
Surprise, surprise, I couldn’t come away with only one product, so I picked up another one of their best-sellers, the Instant Foaming Cleanser. Having previously tried this, I knew the results were worth it, and my skin has never felt so soft.
I will write full reviews on each of these products very soon, however, if my first impressions are anything to go off, these will both be repeat-purchases in the future.
